Testing of textiles

LATSERT laboratory:

• is the only accredited textile testing laboratory in Latvia;

• determines the mechanical, physical and chemical properties of textile fabrics and products; 

• is increasing the range of testing services on an ongoing basis, adopting new testing methods and keeping up with the latest trends in the field of textile testing;

• demonstrates its competence by systematic participation in various inter-laboratory comparison testing programs.

Testing of textile is carried out by using globally recognized and accredited test methods, thus allowing providing customers with recognized independent laboratory test reports as a proof of product conformity to the relevant EU requirements.
