• Testing and assessment of packaging according to Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR), including relevant requirements concerning substances of concern, recyclability and other applicable packaging requirements;
• LATSERT provides consulting and technical support in identifying applicable EU requirements, required testing and documentation necessary to demonstrate compliance, including conformity assessment of tested samples and/or submitted documentation, preparation of expert opinions and conclusions, advisory assistance in the preparation of the Declaration of Conformity, and other related consulting services.
