Expertise of natural mineral water

LATSERT offers different kinds of expertise to determine the conformity of natural mineral water and its manufacturing and quality control processes, including:

• evaluation of the information prepared for recognition of natural mineral water according to the Directive 2009/54/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2009 on the exploitation and marketing of natural mineral waters 

• evaluation of data about essential characteristics of natural mineral water; 

• testing of containers used for packaging of natural mineral water, as well as testing of other materials to come into contact with the mineral water; 

• testing of mineral water samples and assessment of the results with regard to conformity to the provisions of the Directive 2009/54/EC, essential characteristics of natural mineral water and other requirements; 

• assessment of natural mineral water quality and its exploitation, treatment, bottling and other processes to the requirements and characteristics set or declared;

• examination of other aspects of interest of the customer.
